Dr. Jesús Alberto Pérez Blas is a distinguished physician with over 15 years of expertise in regenerative medicine and stem cell therapies. As a founding member of the Mexican Society of Regenerative Medicine, he has been instrumental in advancing both clinical applications and research methodologies. Currently serving as Medical Director at the Regenerative Medicine Institute and the Pan American Cancer Treatment Centers in Tijuana, Mexico, he oversees patient care, specialty therapy coordination, and stem cell-based regenerative treatments. His work focuses on using mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) from sources like umbilical cord tissue, adipose tissue, and Wharton’s Jelly to treat conditions such as degenerative diseases, cardiovascular disorders, and autoimmune conditions. Dr. Pérez Blas’s contributions extend beyond clinical practice, as he is actively involved in research, education, and peer review for leading scientific journals. His academic background includes a medical degree from the Autonomous University of Baja California, advanced training in regenerative and anti-aging medicine, and early research experience in bioengineering at the University of California, San Diego. He is a sought-after speaker at international conferences, including the World Stem Cell Summit, and has co-authored influential publications on immuno-oncology and stem cell therapy. Pain Management & Interventional Medicine Specialist

Dr. Samai Ureña is a highly skilled specialist in pain management, palliative care, and interventional medicine based in Tijuana, Mexico. With extensive experience in treating chronic pain conditions, she is dedicated to improving her patients’ quality of life through advanced, minimally invasive procedures. Dr. Samai has a strong background in interventional pain medicine, utilizing state-of-the-art techniques such as stem cell injections, nerve blocks, radiofrequency ablation, and epidural injections to effectively manage pain caused by conditions like arthritis, neuropathy, herniated discs, and cancer-related pain. Her expertise allows her to offer alternative treatments for patients who seek to avoid long-term medication use or surgery.

Dr. Jose Martin Celorio

Board-certified Anesthesiologist

Dr. Celorio trained as an anesthesiologist at the UMAE (highly specialized medical unit) #25 of Monterrey, Mexico (2007-2010) and regional anesthesia at NYSORA (New York school of regional anesthesia) 2013-2014. In addition to belonging to the medical staff of the main hospitals in the city, his academic activities include being one of the lead instructors in the ATLS, advanced trauma life support, ACLS advanced cardiovascular life support and PALS advanced pediatric life support courses in the region, as well as serving as a guest speaker on regional anesthesia, anesthesia in bariatric surgery, which have been a primary focus of his professional practice. Dr. Celorio also served as both an EMT and Firefigther in the city of Tijuana before beginning his medical career.

(a subsidiary of Creative Medical Technology Holdings, Inc.) and Director & President-Biotech Division at Creative Medical Health, Inc. Thomas E. Ichim is also on the board of Therapeutic Solutions International, Inc. and Riordan Clinic. In the past he held the position of Chief Executive Officer for Emvolio, Inc., Director & Chief Scientific Officer at Nobilis Therapeutics, Inc., Director & Chief Scientific Officer at Regen Biopharma, Inc., Vice President-Cellular Therapies at Precigen, Inc. and President, Director & Chief Scientific Officer at Medistem, Inc. (a subsidiary of Precigen, Inc.) and Program Manager at Biorasi LLC (he founded the company in 2004).
